CrossView Kids is a place where kids experience the love of God, learn from biblical teaching, ask questions and grow in their faith, and develop friendships with other kids - all in engaging, age-appropriate and fun ways!

Sunday morning

Birth - 2 years

Children age two and younger are welcome in the CrossView Nursery, a safe and engaging space designed just for them with age-appropriate snacks, toys, books and puzzles. Adult and student volunteers provide care for our little ones for the duration of the service.

Preschool & elementary

Kids in preschool through 5th grade begin each service in the sanctuary with their families for a time of worship. Before the sermon begins, kids are dismissed with teachers to their own groups.

Play-n-worship: preschool (Age 3-5)

Preschool kids learn about God by doing what they do best: playing! Each Sunday, preschoolers explore the Bible through a play-along storytime, music and movement, and intentional play with simple items like blocks, dolls, balls and playdough. By exploring the same story every week for a month, kids learn - and remember! - the good news of God’s love.

 

Simply loved: kindergarten - 2nd grade

Each Sunday, kids in kindergarten through 2nd grade have the opportunity to discover the love of God as they explore the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. Through activities like Sing & Play, Bible Discovery, and Apply-It Options, kids can grow in their faith and learn the joy of friendship with Jesus!

be bold: 3rd grade - 5th grade

Preteens have big questions and deep thoughts about their faith. With the help of BOLD adult leaders, our preteens are encouraged to Be Bold in asking faith questions, to Be Bold in sharing their thoughts and ideas, and to Be Bold in taking loving action and making a difference.

Our Be Bold group is built on these shared values:

  • You’re accepted just as you are.

  • We respect each other’s thoughts and struggles.

  • We’re all in this together.

  • God is here, ready to be your friend because you matter!
